Channel Accounts Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Success, Channel Accounts Managers will crucial initiative for JazzHR – bringing JazzHR’s performance recruiting solution to the SMB market by selling through reseller partners including recruitment professionals, and HR consultants.  Channel Accounts Managers are responsible for recruiting and managing partner relationships that will benefit from offering JazzHR’s award-winning platform to their small business customers.  This role requires a tenacious, self-motivated people person with an unending desire to WIN!    

Channel Accounts Managers will be assigned a monthly revenue goal and will work to exceed targets.  You’ll build relationships with prospective and current reseller partners and demonstrate the agility and efficiency our recruiting platform provides growing businesses.  You must be comfortable building relationships and be a professional at all times – to our reseller partners, you are JazzHR.

Jazz is currently seeking Channel Accounts Managers for our Waltham, Massachusetts office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Initiate high-level relationships with reseller partners whose customers will benefit from Jazz solutions
  • Own, manage and drive reseller partner performance
  • Attain 100% of assigned revenue goal from the JazzHR partner base you personally manage
  • Create and drive account acquisition and penetration plans for each of your reseller partners
  • Utilize our superior sales process and partner sales enablement toolkit that will help you close business
  • Leverage the power of our CRM to manage your prospective and current partner pipeline 
  • Be tenacious about meeting your sales plan every day, every week, every month, and every quarter

What you'll bring:

  • Deeply ingrained “we win by delighting our partners’ customers” mindset
  • Competitive with a strong desire to achieve greatness 
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in Channel Sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, marketing or related field
  • Experience with the Human Capital Management market preferred
  • Gravitas to drive hard-charging execution, interpersonal skills to do so in a positive, constructive, fun manner
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills, and a sense of humor
