Demand Generation Specialist

JazzHR is looking for a high-energy, B2B Marketing Specialist to help drive our demand generation efforts. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to scale a successful acquisition marketing practice within an industry-leading brand.

As the Demand Generation Specialist you’ll work collaboratively within the JazzHR marketing team to create and deliver demand generation programs that drive high-quality leads and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically and act tactically, loves a challenge, and is passionate about tech and B2B marketing.

The Demand Generation Specialist reports to the VP of Marketing. This role is based anywhere in the US, with preferred locations in the Greater Boston or Greater Pittsburgh areas. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Campaign Creation & Management - Develop, implement, and optimize impactful marketing programs that span across digital and traditional channels, such as multi-touch email campaigns, webcasts, events, content syndication, and direct mail, etc.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing - Effectively manage JazzHR’s lead nurturing efforts, including strategic marketing database management, to drive qualified leads for our direct sales team
  • Social Media – Own the organic social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement across popular networks
  • Analytics & ROI – Measure & deliver KPIs around marketing program effectiveness; continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Proven ability to define and execute integrated campaigns, and track and evaluate results
  • Hands-on experience with current marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot) and other marketing tools/technologies (SFDC, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, & more)
  • Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Passionate about copywriting and storytelling
  • Unrelenting curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness
