Partnership Account Manager

Partner Account Managers at JazzHR play a key role in the strategic growth of our business.  As the Partner Account Manager, you'll focus on driving revenue and lead generation through JazzHR's partnership base by strengthening our relationships and uncovering new partnership opportunities.  You must be an amazing relationship builder with the savvy to present the value of JazzHR to our partners and drive yield through our ecosystem.  You'll become the face of JazzHR to our technology partners and help them reap the rewards of our mutually-beneficial business relationships.  

What you'll be doing:

  • Evaluating potential partners for target market fit and ecosystem need
  • Maintaining oversight on the technical integration process and timeline
  • Coordinating the marketing launch of each new partner
  • Training each partner's sales and success teams on the value and functionality of JazzHR
  • Coordinating the training of our sales and success teams on the value and functionality of our partners
  • Maintaining accurate information in
  • Training channel team on any specific conditions for handling inbound leads
  • Conducting webinars to our partner's customer base
  • Helping partners leverage JazzHR technology to provide compelling demonstrations
  • Establishing a campaign cadence with marketing to maintain awareness and drive results
  • Reconciling leads submitted to partners on a monthly basis, and following up when necessary
  • Working with partners to reconcile leads they've submitted to JazzHR and ensuring accurate tracking
  • Reconciling payments from partners against accruals with Finance

What you'll bring:

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting, metrics, and data
  • An innate ability to navigate sales conversations and illustrate product value
  • Experience working in a partnership-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with basic contract terms and negotiation
  • High comfort level with web-based demonstrations and training
  • 4+ years of parter and/or account management
  • B2B Software experience preferred
  • 4-year degree in business or equivalent professional experience
  • Tenaciousness and a strong desire to drive results through attaining revenue goals

This position will require up to 20% domestic travel.
