Marketing Specialist

JazzHR is looking for a high-energy, B2B marketer to help drive our partner and affiliate marketing efforts as Marketing Specialist. This newly created role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build a successful partner marketing practice within a growing portfolio of channel and affiliate partners.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the marketing and partner teams to create and deliver lead generation and partner enablement programs through your experience with demand generation. These programs will be designed to generate revenue, maximize acquisition and partner engagement, and acquire additional customers for JazzHR. The ideal candidate is a ‘doer’ who can think strategically and act tactically, loves a challenge, and is passionate about tech and B2B marketing.

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Senior Marketing Manager. This role is based in our Waltham, MA office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner Marketing Strategy - Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Partner teams – both internally and externally - to design, develop, and execute marketing strategies and plans in support of our shared goals
  • Co-Marketing Campaign Creation & Management - Develop, implement, and optimize impactful co-marketing programs, including multi-touch email campaigns, webcasts, events, online and direct mail campaigns, social media, digital advertising, public relations, etc.
  • Partner Recruiting – Work closely with the Partner teams to develop and execute compelling acquisition and nurture campaigns, partner communications, program collateral, etc.
  • Partner Enablement – Craft training, tools, go-to-market content, and other resources to enable our partners to effectively promote and market JazzHR to drive pipeline and generate revenue.
  • Analysis & Insights – Create and deliver analysis to measure marketing effectiveness; continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Proven ability to define and execute integrated campaigns, and track and evaluate results
  • Hands-on experience with current marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo), lead generation and other marketing tools and technologies (SFDC, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, & more)
  • Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Passionate about copywriting and storytelling
  • Unrelenting curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness
  • Previous partner or affiliate marketing experience preferred
