Relationship Sales Manager

JazzHR is seeking a Relationship Sales Manager to join our Pittsburgh-based team.  Relationship Sales Managers are high-energy, dynamic communicators who can build relationships over the phone with ease. Your consultative style will help you identify client needs, match them to appropriate products or services, and pitch those solutions in a way that results in expansion sales.  This role requires a self-motivated person with an unending desire to win!  You need to understand technology and be willing to jump in and help customers, but also know when to seek assistance from our customer support team to ensure our customers have the best experience possible.  

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying revenue opportunities within the JazzHR customer base to cross-sell and upsell add-on products and services to
  • Managing your sales pipeline to ensure you exceed your monthly goals
  • Demonstrating the value that our award-winning platform has to offer
  • Gathering customer quotes, testimonials, leads, and references from happy customers
  • Building relationships with customers and being their “go-to” contact when they are looking for additional products or services
  • Maintaining accurate customer records within Salesforce.com to manage your work-life and prospect pipeline
  • Helping customers implement and utilize JazzHR tools & features

What you'll bring:

  • A customer-first mindset
  • 3-4 years in an account management, sales or customer success role
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Proven track record of often exceeding monthly sales goals
  • A strong technology background or aptitude
  • Work successfully as a part of a team and independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA and not eligible for telecommuting, though we're currently working remotely due to the COVID pandemic.
