Sales Coordinator

The Position:

As the Sales Coordinator you will have a variety of responsibilities that help the sales team organize and validate customer data.  Reporting to our Business Operations Manager, you will be helping prepare powerful reports that help the leadership of our organization analyze performance and enhance growth. Your strong analytical skills will be put to the test as you work with Systems Architects and executives to review figures and deliver data to the organization.  This position offers challenges and reward as you join our rapidly growing team in a position that allows you to increase efficiency and improve operation at JazzHR.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with JazzHR leadership team to review, enhance and deploy CRM processes
  • Assist with managing data in our growing customer database
  • Quickly and accurately provide requested reports to various members of the team
  • Process commission for various teams and report data to leadership and finance
  • Validate data within the system and ensure newly entered information is accurate
  • Be comfortable with analyzing data and providing a clear picture of team performance
  • Provide input on streamlining the sales process within CRM
  • Validate that the sales process is being followed by the entire team
  • Train Sales/Success team members on new CRM improvements and procedures
  • Provide leaders with data that will help drive operational performance & productivity through:
    • KPI reporting
    • Metrics reporting
    • Identify gaps and improvements to improve Sales/Success processes
    • Create and maintain product and best practices documentation

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems or other related fields
  • At least two years of experience using reporting functions of a CRM solution
  • Experience with analytics and data processing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytical abilities and a track record of quick delivery on requests
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel
  • Excellent intrapersonal skills
  • A desire to learn, grow and perform
  • Bonus Points:
    • Salesforce experience (or SFDC Administrator)
    • SQL 
    • Business Intelligence tools
    • Experience with sales metrics analysis

This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA and is not eligible for telecommuting.  Qualified candidates must be able to work onsite in our office each day.
