Lifecycle Marketing Manager

JazzHR is looking for a customer-first Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.  The Lifecycle Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and retention within the JazzHR customer base. 

The ideal candidate is data-obsessed, understands the importance of creating a best-in-class customer experience, and is passionate about driving product utilization. This candidate should have direct hands-on experience with creating and managing marketing campaigns that span the full customer lifecycle. They should also have a firm understanding of balancing business needs with customer regard.

This role is based in JazzHR’s Pittsburgh, PA office.  Only candidates who are able to work on-site in our office daily will be considered for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and manage marketing programs to drive upgrade and expansion-focused revenue from our existing customer base
  • Launch programmatic touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle to engage and re-engage our customers, whether it be at an achievement milestone or during an inactive period
  • Retain customers through onboarding, operational touchpoints, advocacy efforts, etc.
  • Continuously propose and implement A/B test & optimization recommendations to improve the performance of our customer touchpoints — this includes user experience, ad creative/copy, webpages, etc.
  • Test new channels to scale growth for the business in new and existing markets
  • Forecast, evaluate, track and measure the success of programs against goals

What you'll bring:

  • BS/BA required
  • Minimum 5 years of full-time, customer-facing marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with marketing automation 
  • Results-driven with a passion for data and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting data
  • Experience managing customer advocacy efforts
  • Strong attention to detail
