Franchise Acquisition Specialist
Franchise Acquisition Specialist is responsible for acquiring new partnerships with franchisors that can benefit from our award-winning platform. This role requires a tenacious, self-motivated people person with an unending desire to WIN!
You’ll build relationships with prospective franchises while demonstrating the agility and efficiency that our recruiting platform provides to growing businesses. You must be comfortable building relationships and be a professional at all times because to our franchise partners, you are JazzHR!
What you'll be doing:
- Hunting: Identifying and initiating high-level relationships with franchise partners
- Successfully execute full lifecycle sales processes from pre-work, opening statements and detailed discovery, to informative product demos to evoke the needs of prospects and perform as a trusted advisor
- Attain assigned revenue goal by promoting the JazzHR brand to our franchise partners
- Demonstrate capabilities and value of JazzHR in virtual settings and in person
- Attend conferences to establish new franchisor relationships (10-20% travel)
- Creating and driving account acquisition and penetration plans for each of your franchise partners
- Utilize our superior sales process and sales enablement toolkit that will help you close business
- Leveraging our CRM to manage your prospective and current franchisor pipeline
What you'll bring:
- Deeply ingrained “we win by delighting our customers” mindset
- Competitive nature with a strong desire to achieve greatness
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in software sales
- Prior experience working in the franchise space - a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, marketing or related field
- Experience with the Human Capital Management market - a plus
- Superior computers skills; proficient with CRMs
- Impeccable time management and priority setting skills
- The confidence to speak effectively with a wide range of executives as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that franchises encounter
- Gravitas to drive hard-charging execution, interpersonal skills to do so in a positive, constructive, fun manner
- Excellent communication and demonstration skills, with a sense of humor
