Sales Manager

JazzHR is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of inside sales reps to overachieve their
monthly quotas. This individual will lead 6-10 sales reps in working a full sales process from lead to closed-won
opportunity. They will be responsible for all aspects of sales rep performance including onboarding, training,
ongoing coaching, and managing productivity and goal attainment.

This person will need to be a dynamic leader that can be both a player and coach while nurturing and developing sales reps of varying tenures. A high degree of collaboration and communication is required to thrive in this fast-paced and high-volume environment. You will be supported by an experienced team of sales leaders with an established track record of overperformance and teamwork. 


What you’ll be doing:

  •  Lead a team of US-based, inside sales reps to achieve individual monthly quotas
  • Manage the execution of the entire sales process
  • Support reps in all stages of a sales process including direct engagement with JazzHR prospects
  • Quoting, negotiating, and assisting sales reps in closing complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
  • Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Coordinating and managing weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing
  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and sales leadership to evolve and improve sales execution and strategy
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and manage top sales talent
  • Work successfully as a part of a team and independently

What you’ll bring:

  •  2+ years of sales management and/or team lead experience
  • An understanding of SaaS sales
  • A complex understanding of sales process and execution
  • A track record of success as a sales leader and individual contributor
  • A process-based problem-solving approach
