Partner Sales Manager

Strategic Partnerships are a key part of JazzHR’s growth strategy to enable partners to drive hiring success for small and mid-sized businesses. The Partner Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key Alliance Partners for JazzHR. This is an opportunity for growth on a new team that is tasked with delivering exceptional results for the company. This role is a mix of relationship management & tactical execution.  The successful candidate will be a dynamic relationship-builder and comfortable with extensive travel to our partner offices to help build the JazzHR brand.


This role will require 80%+ travel.


What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels within partner organizations to ensure attainment of partnership revenue goals
  • Developing a deep understanding of the JazzHR value proposition to evangelize our product to partners
  • Acting as a primary point of contact and liaison between JazzHR and it’s partners
  • Driving partner adoption through training and development of best practices to continually create incremental value
  • Focusing on activating partners to drive yield and deliver sales leads
  • Collaborating on new business initiatives between JazzHR and partner organizations. 
  • Contributing to Quarterly Partner Reviews, as warranted
  • Resolving conflict with regards to account coverage, billing, etc.
  • Identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth

What you'll bring:

  • 3 years of sales or account management experience in the software space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
  • Metrics-driven approach to completing work and exceeding goals
  • Strong organization skills and an abundance of self-motivation
  • A scrappy “can-do attitude” and success-oriented drive
  • Ability to thrive in new and unfamiliar places
  • Comfort with working independently and collaborating across organizational functions
  • A natural ability to be an advocate for JazzHR
  • Familiarity with HR and/or recruiting topics preferred
  • Energetic and positive mental attitude
