Manager, Integrations Engineering

We’re seeking an experienced, results-oriented leader for our Integrations team, playing a crucial role in the growth of JazzHR’s ecosystem and enabling customers to easily add our award-winning ATS solution to the stack of products that they use to run their business. 

The successful candidate will care deeply about our customers, and have a strong background in integrations engineering, top-notch leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

What you'll do:​​

  • Execute JazzHR’s growth strategy through the development of partner integrations, including investment into our API and supporting frameworks
  • Enable JazzHR’s indirect sales expansion initiative through deep integrations with strategic business partners including ADP, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and many others
  • Lead the Integrations Engineering team, providing direction and guidance to each member of the team
  • Blend strategic thinking, technical capability, and process orientation to deliver high-performance results
  • Oversee an agile development process, ensuring sustainable and predictable development practices and a timely delivery of projects
  • Define objectives and key results for the integration team engineers
  • Ensure close collaborationwith  Product Management and other key stakeholders to align and focus attainment of business objectives
  • Lead a dedicated team of engineers to build and support integrations with other industry-leading SaaS-based software companies
  • Develop and deliver on an API and overall integrations acceleration strategy for JazzHR’s partner integrations
  • Interact directly with partners to vet their technical sophistication, provide technical guidance on JazzHR integration capabilities, analyze requirements and scope solutions

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of software engineering and integration domain leadership experience
  • BS in Computer Science or another related field
  • Outstanding people leadership skills, including strengths in providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship for engineers of varying experience
  • A keen ability to analyze metrics, make strategic recommendations and derive action plans that boost results
  • Experience with and/or understanding of many of the following: web-based products, account and access management, large data set analysis, data flow, SQL, REST, Salesforce, XML feeds, API testing tools (i.e., Postman), security/data protection best practices, relevant networking concepts (firewalls, load balancing, HTTP)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies
  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving, fluid, high growth environment
  • Passion for enabling customers and partners to seamlessly connect multiple business-critical systems that help them hire candidates and run their businesses
  • A sense of humor - have fun while you work. Don’t take yourself too seriously, but take our opportunity and your role extremely seriously
