Performance Marketing Specialist

JazzHR is looking for a buyer-centric Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Performance Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving JazzHR’s subscriber and revenue growth.

This position is responsible for managing campaigns from conceptual development to ROI analysis, with a focus on the execution of SEO, PPC, SEM, retargeting, and paid social media.

The ideal candidate is a ‘doer’ who can act tactically, understands the end-to-end buying experience, and is passionate about driving high-quality lead generation. This candidate should have hands-on experience with everything to set up search advertising campaigns from scratch to launching a comprehensive paid social strategy using Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and more.

This role is based in JazzHR’s Waltham, MA office.  Only candidates who are able to work on-site in our office daily will be considered for this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and optimize our paid marketing performance across all channels including SEM, paid social, re-marketing, and display
  • Continuously propose and implement A/B test & optimization recommendations to improve the performance of our digital touchpoints — this includes ad spend, user experience, ad creative/copy, keyword targets, bidding strategies, landing pages, webpages, etc.
  • Test new channels to scale growth for the business in new and existing markets
  • Keep up to date with paid search best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research
  • Forecast, evaluate, track and measure the success of programs against goals

What you'll bring:

  • BS/BA required
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time, digital marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience managing SEM (PPC, display and retargeting) campaigns
  • Must have hands-on experience managing budget and buys directly
  • Results-driven with a passion for data and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrable experience managing and reporting on a variety of direct response digital media acquisition channels, including SEM, social advertising, retargeting, and more
  • Google Adwords/Analytics certified preferred
  • Experience implementing and working with conversion tracking
  • Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting data
  • Strong attention to detail
